We process your personal data in order to answer your e-mails -mail (including those addressed using the contact form available on the website).

Applicants
for a job

Purpose of processing:

  1. Conducting the current recruitment process for a specific position
    in the job advertisement.

  2. Conducting future recruitment processes – based on a separate consent.

  3. Determination, investigation or defense of claims.

Legal basis:

In scope of conduct current recruitment:

  • per employee position ( employment contract ) – in terms of data specified in the Labor Code, we process your data pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR in connection with the provisions of the Labor Code, and in terms of data exceeding this scope, we process them pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, i.e.
    based on your consent.

  • per contractor ( contractor, B2B ) – we process data on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, i.e. in order to conclude a contract
    and to take steps at your request prior to its conclusion.

In scope future recruitment processes, the basis for processing is your consent to participate in future recruitment processes – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.

In scope determination, exercise or defense of claims the legal basis is our legitimate interest – Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Processing period:

Data processed for the purposes of the current recruitment process are processed for the duration of the recruitment specific position, not longer than 3 months. If you consent to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, we will process your personal data until such consent is withdrawn, but not longer than 2 years. In order to establish, investigate or defend claims, we will process data until the claims are time-barred, no longer than 3 years from sending your application (in the case of consent to processing for the purposes of future recruitment processes, this period is counted from the moment of withdrawal of consent or the expiry of the above-mentioned period) data processing for this purpose).

Marketing of own services to current and former clients of the Foundation.

Legal basis:

For the above purposes, we process your personal data based on the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, which is informing clients and former clients about the Foundation’s services, including maintaining relations with the client.

Until you object to the processing of your personal data

Recipients of personal data

The recipients of your personal data will be entities with which the Administrator has concluded or will conclude a contract entrusting the processing of personal data, in particular, it may be: an accounting office, hosting provider, law firms providing legal services. The current list of recipients is available on the Administrator’s website.

Personal data transfer outside the EEA

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area in connection with the transfer them to Google LLC and Facebook Inc. as a result of the Administrator’s use of the marketing tools offered by the above-mentioned the company. The basis for the transfer of data will be appropriate legal safeguards, in the form of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
